>> BÜRO WEISS is young and good. We – that’s Christoph Bebermeier and Jan Pauls – founded BÜRO WEISS in Berlin in 2005, at that time together with Marc Bürger and David Krause. We set a high standard for design and content, mainly for clients in the cultural and social fields. We see design as more than creat-ing a façade for advertising. Design is about telling stories, challenging and educating the observer – while looking good at the same time of course! For us, design is the opportunity to comment on social and cultural themes, it’s not just about developing new clothes for the emperor.
We’re glad that it’s not just us and our clients who think we’re great. In recent years our work has been commended in numerous national and international competitions. Our „Gegen das Vergessen“ (Lest We Forget) project, for instance, was nominated for the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany. Some of our work has been accepted for the poster collections at the German Historical Museum (DHM) and the Austrian National Library. <<<
